About Eric Asher
Eric Asher founded ReDev to provide clients with experienced, hands-on construction leadership and direct senior-level attention throughout every assignment.
His background spans acquisitions, entitlement, design management, estimating, value engineering, project management, field supervision, lease negotiations, property management, and dispositions. Before founding ReDev, Eric led the estimating department at Dowdle Construction, where he developed a practical understanding of how design decisions affect cost, schedule, procurement, and execution.
That experience allows ReDev to evaluate projects from both the ownership and construction perspectives—helping clients establish viable plans and carry them through to completion.
